Located in Badalona, this residential complex has been designed to offer high-quality outdoor spaces intended for relaxation, social interaction, and enjoyment throughout the year. The common areas, particularly the pool zone, are conceived as a gathering point that adds value to the development and enhances the daily experience of residents.
The design of the outdoor space aims for a contemporary and functional aesthetic, where the flooring plays a key role both in terms of appearance and in providing safety and comfort. This project incorporates Llosa Vulcano® around the pool area and landscaped zones, creating a continuous surface that visually unifies the space and enhances the sense of spaciousness.
Llosa Vulcano® combines high durability with a stable color range, able to withstand outdoor conditions over time. Its use allows the creation of open spaces and leisure areas where a long-lasting, comfortable, and visually appealing surface is required.
To complete the treatment of the pool area, coping elements and special finishes made of architectural concretehave been incorporated, developed usingWetcast® technology. These prefabricated components allow edges, junctions, and singular details to be resolved with a high level of precision, providing formal continuity and enhanced construction quality throughout the project.
The use of architectural concrete enables the creation of customized components tailored to the specific needs of the project, in terms of geometry as well as texture and finish. This solution provides robustness, durability, and a high degree of design flexibility, allowing the pool coping and other special elements to be coherently integrated with the paving and the architectural language of the outdoor space.
The result is a well-organized and harmoniously integrated pool area, reinforcing the identity of the residential complex and enhancing the daily experience of its users.
