Can Alemany, a historic farmhouse converted into an apartment hotel, located in a privileged natural setting in Santa Margarida de Montbui. A project that combines respect for heritage, contemporary architecture, and a firm commitment to sustainability.
Access to the estate and the outdoor paths have been resolved using Tegula® light, used in entrances, walkways, and access points. This paving allows for a natural integration with the landscape, organizing the routes and accompanying the visitor from their arrival, under the presence of a centennial tree that acts as a symbolic welcoming element.
In the pool area and its surroundings, Llosa Vulcano® has been used, a piece recognized for its high aesthetic value, singular hardness, and optimal performance in high-traffic outdoor spaces. The choice of this material contributes to creating a serene and balanced atmosphere, where the paving dialogues with the architecture and the natural environment, reinforcing the overall experience of well-being.
The renovation of Can Alemany follows bioclimatic architecture criteria, featuring low-consumption installations and the use of renewable energy sources such as geothermal, biomass, and photovoltaic energy. The project is committed to responsible tourism, the use of local suppliers, and the reduction of environmental impact, without compromising on comfort or spatial quality.
The result is a welcoming and sustainable space, where the outdoor pavings not only fulfill a technical function but also actively contribute to defining the identity of the place, respecting its history and projecting it into the future.
