The San Fernando Business Park in Madrid is established as a modern business hub, designed to accommodate offices, service areas, and common spaces within an open, functional, and contemporary environment. The intervention designs an outdoor landscape that enhances accessibility, environmental quality, and the seamless relationship between different areas of use.
In this project, Pause and Basic 50 urban furniture elements have been incorporated, bringing a new aesthetic and functional dimension to the overall outdoor space. The synergy between the paving and the furniture helps articulate pedestrian pathways, waiting areas, and seating zones, creating a more dynamic, comfortable, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike.
The final result is an outdoor space that blends design, functionality, and comfort, adapting the business park to contemporary needs. By creating an accessible, aesthetically cohesive, and inviting environment, the project aligns perfectly with the identity of a modern corporate complex in Madrid.
