NET-CLEAN® effect simplifies pavement maintenance thanks to its protective and sealing action. Its use significantly improves pavement resistance against wear over time, heavy foot traffic, dirt, and other factors that can affect its aesthetic appearance.
When choosing NET-CLEAN®, we must consider three options: factor 1, factor 7, and factor 10. These differ in the level of protection provided for each situation. In other words, the higher the factor, the lower the likelihood that dirt and water will penetrate the pavement and affect it.
NET-CLEAN® factor 1
Basic surface protector that facilitates general dirt cleaning. The surface becomes less sensitive to soiling.
It is a water-based liquid product, solvent-free, composed of organic fluoropolymers. It is designed for protecting semi-dry concrete pavements, thanks to the high anti-adhesive and hydrophobic properties it provides to treated pieces.
It forms a surface film that repels water, oils, and organic compounds in general, significantly reducing dirt adhesion and stain formation on treated pieces, making cleaning easier and helping preserve aesthetic value for longer.
It should be noted that Factor 1 protection decreases over time due to reduced treatment efficiency.
NET-CLEAN® factor 7
Surface protector that forms a film to facilitate general dirt cleaning.
It is an impregnation that, when applied to the surface, envelops the concrete structure, reducing dirt adhesion and stain formation. The pores of the concrete are largely closed, providing good stain protection.
Thanks to its protective film, the speed at which dirt penetrates and settles into the concrete structure is significantly reduced. This provides more time to clean difficult dirt with water and remove stains before they set.
NET-CLEAN® factor 10
High-intensity surface protector and sealer that forms two protective films on the surface to facilitate dirt removal.
It offers optimal surface protection with minimal maintenance, even against the most stubborn stains. In this coating process, the microstructure of the concrete is first optimized thanks to a water-repellent treatment, and then a double, highly durable coating enhanced with UV resistance is applied. As a result, the concrete pores become completely sealed. Due to the double coating, the surface changes in texture and color, achieving a satin finish with a “wet look” gloss effect.
