The Inditex office complex in Tordera is designed as a modern and open corporate space, conceived to foster interaction among staff and enhance the user experience in the outdoor environment. Its seating areas, pedestrian pathways, and green spaces create a contemporary, organized, and welcoming landscape, where architectural and urban design integrate seamlessly with the surroundings.
In the intervention of the outdoor spaces, different paving and urban furniture solutions have been incorporated, including Llosa Vulcano®, Tegula® Six, Circle Puff and Llosa Filtra. Each brings specific value, structuring pedestrian routes, defining rest areas, and reinforcing the aesthetic coherence of the entire complex.
Llosa Filtra has been specially selected for transit zones and seating areas where permeability and water management are a priority. This technical paving slab allows rainwater to filter into the ground, contributing to sustainable drainage and reducing runoff, while maintaining the necessary stability for regular pedestrian traffic. Its surface offers resistance and durability, adapting to the needs of intensive use, and its neutral and uniform aesthetic integrates seamlessly with the other pieces and elements of the outdoor space.
