The detached house located in Sant Fost de Campsentelles is integrated into a peaceful residential environment, where the garden and outdoor spaces take on a leading role in the daily life of the home. The project seeks to reinforce the relationship between architecture and landscape, prioritizing continuous, green, and comfortable surfaces that accompany daily use without losing aesthetic quality.
In this context, the landscaping has incorporated Terana® green with grass both at the entrance of the house and throughout the entire large garden. This solution allows for the creation of trafficable surfaces that maintain a natural and elegant image, combining the urban character of the paver with the presence of green joints that integrate visually with the landscaped surroundings.
The Terana® green system promotes the natural management of rainwater, allowing for its accumulation and subsequent evaporation, which contributes to improving the microclimate of the outdoor space.
