This single-family home in Tarragona combines architecture and landscape in a carefully designed residential environment, featuring a garden and circulation zones planned for daily comfort. The project includes an extended access ramp that connects the pedestrian entrance with the parking area, improving accessibility and integration with the garden.
To pave the ramp, Llosa Trama® has been incorporated—a 12 cm thick piece designed to create trafficable surfaces with grass, capable of supporting light vehicle loads without losing aesthetics or functionality. Its 5 cm concrete grid provides stability, while the 8 x 8 cm grass islands integrate vegetation with the paving.
The slab allows for the installation of irrigation grids every 40 cm, optimizing water consumption, and its high drainage capacity ensures excellent performance against rain. The combination of functionality and natural design brings added value to the garden, creating a harmonious, sustainable space that is perfectly integrated with the home.
