The intervention focuses on the parking area of the Polinyà Cemetery, an outdoor space that combines functionality with respect for the surroundings. The project sought a paving solution that would allow for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic to flow safely, comfortably, and in visual harmony with the context.
To achieve this, Llosa Trama® with gravel has been incorporated—a hybrid solution that combines the structural resistance of concrete with the permeability and coolness of the gravel islands. The 12 cm thick pieces create a stable surface capable of supporting vehicle loads, while the cavities allow for the integration of gravel or grass depending on the project design, promoting natural drainage and a softer, more pleasant visual impact.
The result is a functional, durable, and aesthetically integrated parking area, where the paving contributes to the overall harmony of the space and the experience of the visitors.
