The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech stands as an academic and technological benchmark in the city, combining innovation, research, and teaching. To improve the connection between its facilities and the urban environment, an intervention has been carried out on nearby sidewalks, avenues, streets, and subway entrances, integrating the Panot Flor del Segle XXI.
This solution enables the creation of a uniform and aesthetically coherent pavement that respects the tradition of the emblematic Barcelona Panot while offering modern advantages: durability, resistance to high-traffic volume, low maintenance, and permeable properties that contribute to efficient rainwater management.
In this context, the Panot Flor not only provides functionality but also reinforces the urban identity of the area, creating accessible, safe, and pleasant spaces for students, staff, and visitors.
