Regional Products
At Breinco, we support the use of locally sourced products to reduce the environmental impact associated with long-distance transportation.
Regional materials are defined as products and materials that are extracted, processed, and transported within the same region in which they are used, with the aim of reducing transport costs while also lowering energy consumption and, consequently, CO2 emissions.

Our products are manufactured using up to 40% recycled aggregate, depending on the product, while consistently maintaining the high standards of quality and durability that define Breinco.
100% Recyclable
At Breinco, we are committed to a more sustainable world; therefore, 100% of our products are fully recyclable.

Solar Reflectance Index
The SRI value makes it possible to classify a surface finish according to its ability to help mitigate the urban heat island effect. Dark surfaces that absorb and retain heat should be avoided, while lighter-coloured surfaces are recommended.

Environmental Quality Assurance Seal
The Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda of the Generalitat of Catalonia has certified LLOSA VULCANO®, PANOT and RIGOLA with the Environmental Quality Assurance Seal , corresponding to the category of raw materials and recycled aggregate products. This recognition is due to the high percentage of recycled aggregates used in their manufacturing process (up to 40%). Additionally, these products are 100% recyclable.
Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
Breinco provides the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for «Prefabricated Concrete Elements for Tiles, Pavers, and Curbs» and «Concrete Bricks» following an analysis of their life cycle environmental impact. The specific production process data considered in this Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study comes from Breinco’s facilities in Llinars del Vallès, Barcelona. The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a highly useful tool that provides transparency regarding the sustainability of a product or service throughout its entire life cycle.
