Arrosadía Park, set on the grounds of the former El Pamplonica factory and bisected by the Sadar River, creates a new urban landscape of approximately 25,000 m² specifically designed to foster accessibility, leisure, and a seamless connection with the natural environment. The park orchestrates a network of pedestrian and cycling paths that bridge the city with the university campuses, integrating play areas, lounging zones, and expansive green meadows. By alternating between flat expanses and rolling hills, the design generates a dynamic and welcoming topography.
To pave the walkways and access zones,Terana® light has been incorporated throughout the entire park—a paving solution that balances functionality, aesthetics, and versatility. Its clean lines and original forms create harmonious paths and welcoming environments, offering both comfort and durability in transit and seating areas alike. Terana® light enhances the spatial perception of the park, blending seamlessly with the vegetation, natural light, and topography to ensure every corner feels refined and balanced.
The application of Terana® light transforms the park into a comprehensive urban garden, where paths and lounging zones become safe, comfortable, and visually compelling spaces. The versatility of this paving further allows for the integration of complementary elements—such as fountains, ponds, or planters—strengthening the park’s identity and elevating the overall user experience.
Arrosadía Park stands as a premier urban space where paving, vegetation, and topography converge to create an immersive, harmonious, and functional experience, reflecting a contemporary design tailored for the city and its inhabitants.
