Located in the municipality of Sant Joan Despí, the intervention on Avinguda Canals is conceived as a redevelopment project aimed at improving the quality of public space, focusing on a contemporary, functional, and visually attractive urban design.
In the paving of sidewalks and pedestrian zones, Llosa Vulcano® has been incorporated—a chromatic solution that brings a new dimension to urban landscape design. The combination of the colors Mediterráneo, Marfil, and Desert allows for the creation of a dynamic, bright, and balanced composition, moving away from traditional urban gray and providing identity, warmth, and vitality to the surroundings.
Additionally,Net-Clean® protection has been used—a surface sealer and protector that forms a film which facilitates cleaning, minimizes dirt accumulation, prevents stains, hinders the growth of algae, fungi, and lichens, and protects against freeze-thaw cycles and UV rays. Its solvent-free formulation makes it environmentally friendly, while simultaneously improving the durability and performance of the slabs.
The result is an aesthetically curated, safe, resistant, and functional urban paving that transforms Avinguda Canals into an attractive, accessible, and harmonious space, integrating design, comfort, and sustainability into the city’s daily life.
