The Primary Healthcare Center (CAP) in Llinars del Vallès is conceived as a contemporary healthcare facility where functionality, durability, and architectural quality come together to meet the needs of both the environment and its users. The project embraces a solid, timeless identity, with particular attention to the design of its envelope and outdoor spaces.
The building façade is defined by prefabricated architectural concrete panels using Wetcast® technology, a solution that allows for high precision in finishes and exceptional formal versatility. This system enables the production of large-format elements with consistent textures and tones, adding character to the building while ensuring outstanding long-term performance.
In the exterior areas, the project is completed with Llosa Vulcano® paving, a robust and functional solution that ensures visual continuity with the architecture of the building. Its strength and surface quality make it especially suitable for high-traffic areas, helping to create an accessible, well-organized, and comfortable environment.
The result is a project that combines technical innovation with architectural value, contributing to the creation of an efficient, durable healthcare space fully integrated into its surroundings.
