As a result of our efforts in quality management, in March 2019 Breinco S.A. was certified according to the\u00a0ISO 9001<\/a> standard, which remains valid today and is subject to annual compliance with all required quality standards.<\/p>\n

In the environmental field, and with the aim of reducing the associated impact of our operations, in April 2021 we obtained\u00a0ISO 14001<\/a>\u00a0certification through the implementation and continuous improvement of an environmental management system.<\/p>\n

Quality and environmental management are integrated into our overall management system, serving as the two fundamental pillars for our business operations. This system evaluates and minimizes the environmental impact associated with our activities while ensuring compliance with the required quality standards. Guaranteed Quality, Certified Standards<\/h3>\n

Breinco products are manufactured using high-quality raw materials: CEM 42.5R cement, UV-resistant pigments, and carefully selected aggregates to achieve excellent strength and quality properties.<\/p>\n

Breinco ensures the quality of its products in accordance with current regulations: UNE-EN 771-3 for concrete blocks, UNE-EN 1338 for pavers, UNE-EN 1339 for tiles, UNE-EN 1340 for curbs, and ASTM standards for retaining walls.<\/p>\n

The CE marking indicates that the products comply with the essential requirements of the applicable harmonized standards and that all necessary measures have been taken to guarantee this compliance.<\/p>\n

Breinco provides the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)<\/strong> for \u00abPrefabricated Concrete Elements for Tiles, Pavers, and Curbs<\/a>\u00bb and \u00abConcrete Bricks<\/a>\u00bb following an analysis of their life cycle environmental impact. The specific data considered in this Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study comes from Breinco\u2019s facilities in Llinars del Vall\u00e8s, Barcelona.<\/p>\n

This recognition is due to the high percentage of recycled aggregates used in their manufacturing process (up to 40%).
