This phenomenon causes conventional building materials to absorb and re-emit solar radiation on a massive scale, raising ambient temperatures, driving up energy consumption for building cooling, and directly impacting people&#8217;s comfort and health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materials innovation: passive radiative cooling with zero energy consumption<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos revertir esta situaci\u00f3n? La respuesta se encuentra en el desarrollo de una nueva generaci\u00f3n de materiales cementicios dotados de tecnolog\u00eda fot\u00f3nica, capaces de aplicar los principios del <strong>enfriamiento radiativo pasivo<\/strong> sin necesidad de consumir energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este avance es el fruto del trabajo conjunto que estamos desarrollando junto a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pkphotokrete.com\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Photokrete<\/a><\/strong>, combinando su investigaci\u00f3n de vanguardia en materiales fot\u00f3nicos con la capacidad de industrializaci\u00f3n y el rigor constructivo de <strong>Breinco<\/strong>. Nuestro objetivo compartido es claro: trasladar tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas directamente desde el laboratorio hasta aplicaciones reales en pavimentos, fachadas y cubiertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#00b2ff;font-size:25px\"><em><strong>&#8220;The challenge is no longer cooling down hotter cities.
