Led by the joint venture <strong>Agence Ter &amp; Ana Coello de Llobet<\/strong>, the \u201cCan\u00f2pia Urbana\u201d plan focuses on a public space model that prioritizes the pedestrian, reduces road traffic, and promotes biodiversity. Across a surface area of more than 20,000 m\u00b2, Breinco has played a key role, developing custom paver solutions, urban furniture, and landscaping elements.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main paver is the Llosa Vulcano\u00ae, a high-durability sustainable slab made with recycled aggregate and recognized with the environmental quality distinction of the Generalitat. For Gl\u00f2ries, a new light tone was created \u2014Can\u00f2pia color\u2014 with the aim of reducing the surface temperature in areas exposed to the sun. Formats of 30x10x10cm, 20x10x10cm, and 10x10x8 cm were used.<\/p>\n\n<p>Custom tactile pavements (Tactile Crossing and Tactile Warning) were also installed, enhancing accessibility for visually impaired users and integrating seamlessly with the urban design.<\/p>\n\n<p>Using Wetcast\u00ae technology, Breinco manufactured special pieces such as linear benches adapted to the wooded environment and high-resistance steps with non-slip signaling.
