The intervention transforms an area of infrastructural character into a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly, and contemporary environment, where architecture and landscape merge seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Urban and landscape continuity<\/p>\n\n<p>The new promenade, designed by the firm <strong>AWP<\/strong>, is conceived as a large landscaped ramp that connects the different levels of the district, creating a fluid sequence of public spaces. Gardens, plazas, and pathways alternate to form a dynamic landscape that encourages walking and discovering new perspectives of the urban environment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The project functions as a major connecting space between the district\u2019s buildings and the future <strong>Arena 92<\/strong>, fostering the relationship between existing architecture and new developments. Through light, topography, and materiality, it creates an atmosphere that combines monumentality with a human scale.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Custom paving and furniture<\/p>\n\n<p>For this intervention, <strong>Breinco<\/strong> contributed by manufacturing <strong>architectural concrete slabs, benches, and staircases<\/strong>, custom-designed to integrate seamlessly into the project\u2019s urban landscape.<\/p>\n\n<p>The slabs, measuring <strong>115x50x15 cm<\/strong>, were produced in three tones\u2014<strong>White, Fusi\u00f3n, and Ash<\/strong>\u2014offering a subtle and elegant color play. Their composition incorporates <strong>20% recycled aggregate<\/strong>, reflecting the project\u2019s environmental commitment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The benches and steps, manufactured using <strong>WetCast\u00ae<\/strong> technology, feature high-precision finishes and smooth surfaces that encourage everyday use. The elements are produced with <strong>high-performance white concrete<\/strong>, ensuring durability and aesthetic purity in a highly demanding urban environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A public space for the future<\/p>\n\n<p>La promenade des Jardins de l\u2019Arche embodies the ambition of <strong>Grand Paris<\/strong>: a model of a sustainable, accessible, and connected city.
