The project reinterprets the city\u2019s main thoroughfare, turning it into a model of sustainable, user-friendly urbanism that is fully connected with its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n<p>The intervention, covering more than <strong>26,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, has restored the pedestrian\u2019s prominence by reorganising mobility and redefining the public space as a place for gathering and social interaction. The new paving, tree planting, and urban elements create a more open, accessible, and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pavement Inspired by the Mediterranean<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The avenue\u2019s paving has been crafted using the <strong>Benidorm Paver<\/strong>, a piece specifically developed for the project with <strong>FluxCast\u00ae<\/strong> technology. Its design and texture aim to capture the reflections, shimmer, and movement of the Mediterranean Sea, transforming the urban surface into a dynamic canvas that changes with the daylight.<\/p>\n\n<p>The composition combines three tones \u2014 <strong>white, black, and electric blue<\/strong> \u2014 evoking the coastal landscape and creating a chromatic transition from the edges of the roadway to the building fa\u00e7ades. This interplay of color and texture adds visual depth and reinforces the project\u2019s Mediterranean identity.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovation and Sustainability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Manufactured with <strong>granite aggregates and natural mineral pigments<\/strong>, the paver offers exceptional durability and colour stability against the effects of time and weather conditions. Additionally, its composition is <strong>completely environmentally safe<\/strong>, contributing to a more sustainable urban model.<\/p>\n\n<p>The undulating texture of the pavement enhances the reflection of light and water, creating a dynamic visual effect that harmonises the natural and urban surroundings.
