The main building adapts to the terrain with two levels: the lower floor is partially embedded to minimize visual impact and open up all views to the natural surroundings.<\/p>\n\n<p>Access is through the upper level, where a lobby organizes the social areas and administrative spaces. An open staircase connects to the lower level, which houses members\u2019 locker rooms alongside technical areas, a gym, and parking for electric vehicles and golf equipment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The ancillary buildings\u2014visitor locker rooms, summer bar, and children\u2019s area\u2014are anchored by a large wall and adopt a stepped configuration that follows the terrain, serving as a transition to the outdoor pool and play area.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ferrater Brick: horizontality, elegance, and continuity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Ferrater Brick<\/strong> is key to the project\u2019s identity. This element emphasizes the horizontality of the fa\u00e7ades through its elongated proportions and geometry, creating a visual effect of continuous lines that conveys calm and serenity.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aesthetic and functional versatility: it can be applied to fa\u00e7ades, interiors, and pavements, and is available in a wide range of colors and textures, allowing seamless integration with the Mediterranean vegetation and the overall project.
