Led by the joint venture <strong>Agence Ter &amp; Ana Coello de Llobet<\/strong>, the \u201cCan\u00f2pia Urbana\u201d plan focuses on a public space model that prioritizes the pedestrian, reduces road traffic, and promotes biodiversity. Across a surface area of more than 20,000 m\u00b2, Breinco has played a key role, developing custom paver solutions, urban furniture, and landscaping elements.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main pavement is <strong>Llosa Vulcano\u00ae<strong>, a sustainable, highly durable slab made with recycled aggregate and recognized with the environmental quality certification from the Generalitat. For Gl\u00f2ries, a new light tone\u2014<strong>Can\u00f2pia color<strong>\u2014was created to <strong>reduce surface temperature in sun-exposed areas<strong>. <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Custom tactile pavements (Tactile Crossing and Tactile Warning) were also installed, enhancing accessibility for visually impaired users and integrating seamlessly with the urban design.<\/p>\n\n<p>Using Wetcast\u00ae technology, Breinco manufactured special elements such as linear benches adapted to the tree-lined environment and high-strength steps with non-slip markings.
