The project also incorporates advanced sustainability criteria, such as rainwater harvesting systems, efficient lighting, and heat recovery, achieving <strong>LEED Gold environmental certification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Breinco has participated in the project by providing high-performance urbanisation solutions<\/strong>, incorporating <strong>Pure Granit straight curbs<\/strong>, manufactured 100% from granitic aggregates. <strong>The Granit program<\/strong> stands out for its <strong>high resistance, durability, and elegant finish<\/strong>, featuring a surface with a uniform appearance and a subtle presence of dark-toned mica, which provides a delicate and sophisticated sheen, perfectly aligned with the complex&#8217;s contemporary architecture.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Pure Granit<\/strong> program is completed with a range of complementary pieces that allow technical precision and aesthetic coherence in resolving urban space joints and transitions, reinforcing the formal continuity and constructive quality of the project.<\/p>\n\n<p>Officially inaugurated in <strong>April 2025<\/strong> during a high-level institutional event, the new MSC terminal constitutes a <strong>key infrastructure for the tourist and economic development of Barcelona<\/strong>, the result of the joint efforts of an extensive multidisciplinary team over nearly ten years.
