{"id":24477,"date":"2026-02-19T15:11:54","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T14:11:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breinco.com\/proyecto\/bioma-center-at-the-university-of-navarra\/"},"modified":"2026-05-27T23:58:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T21:58:32","slug":"bioma-center-at-the-university-of-navarra","status":"publish","type":"proyecto","link":"https:\/\/breinco.com\/en\/proyecto\/bioma-center-at-the-university-of-navarra\/","title":{"rendered":"Bioma Center at the University of Navarra"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA)<\/strong> of the <strong>University of Navarra<\/strong>, an international benchmark in biomedical research, integrates <strong>Llosa Miramas<\/strong> into its outdoor spaces as the primary paving solution, reinforcing the architectural and scientific identity of the complex.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In all outdoor installations, <strong>Llosa Miramas in Black &amp; White<\/strong> finishes has been incorporated, generating a continuous, elegant pedestrian surface with high visual value. Its triangular geometry allows for dynamic compositions that transform the pavement into a true architectural plane, aligned with the innovative character of the campus.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From a technical standpoint, it is a <strong>VS3 piece<\/strong> with integrated spacers on its three vertical faces using protrusions and recesses, which prevent displacements and guarantee stability. Furthermore, it incorporates <strong>Air-Clean\u00ae<\/strong> technology, providing decontaminating properties that contribute to a healthier and more sustainable space.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pavement accompanies the development of the new Bioma Center, a building designed by architect <strong>Patxi Mangado<\/strong>, located across from CIMA and connected by a 7,000 m\u00b2 pedestrian plaza.
