The Anfaplace Shopping Center has become a benchmark of modernity and innovation in Casablanca. The project’s logistical coordination posed a significant challenge: the client was based in La Coruña, the architect in London, the construction works in Casablanca, and our factory in Barcelona—demonstrating precise and efficient project management across multiple locations.
El centro comercial, con 36.000 m² de superficie, forma parte del Anfaplace Living Resort, un desarrollo de 9,3 hectáreas que incluye áreas residenciales, zonas comerciales, espacios de ocio y un futuro hotel de lujo y club financiero. La zona comercial ha abierto con 100% de ocupación, acogiendo más de ochenta firmas de moda, accesorios y restauración.
The shopping center, with a total area of 36,000 m², forms part of the Anfaplace Living Resort, a 9.3-hectare development comprising residential areas, retail spaces, leisure facilities, and a future luxury hotel and financial club. The commercial area opened at 100% occupancy, welcoming more than eighty brands across fashion, accessories, and dining.
To ensure the durability, functionality, and aesthetic quality of the paving across all pedestrian circulation areas, Terana® Art was incorporated—an interlocking paver that combines strength with a refined decorative finish, creating an elegant and harmonious setting for visitors. Its versatility allows it to adapt to high-traffic areas, delivering an attractive, long-lasting, and comfortable surface that integrates seamlessly into the overall design of the complex.
