Can Bonastre Wine Resort, a leading enotourism hotel located in Masquefa, in the heart of the Penedès region. A 16th-century farmhouse sensitively restored, where architecture, landscape, and experience merge in a setting defined by vineyards and the imposing presence of the Montserrat mountain.
The intervention focuses on the comprehensive treatment of the >outdoor spaces, resolving access points, pathways, and seating areas with a combination of Tegula® light in Mediterráneo and Desierto colors. Applied to the main entrance, paths, and common areas, it provides visual continuity, warmth, and a natural integration with the rural and wine-growing environment.
The project is completed with the incorporation of Terana® green, a paver with an integrated green joint that introduces vegetation directly into the pavement. This solution allows for the infiltration and evaporation of rainwater, fostering a more comfortable and sustainable microclimate, while reinforcing the natural perception of the outdoor space. The integrated spacers guarantee precise and stable installation, preventing displacement and ensuring the overall durability of the assembly.
The combination of materials creates a balanced paved landscape, where the seating areas, pathways, and outdoor zones dialogue with the farmhouse’s historic architecture and the surrounding vineyard landscape. The result is a serene and functional outdoor space, designed to accompany the resort’s sensory experience and enhance its exclusive and welcoming character.
