At this edition of Construmat 2023, it presented the trends shaping the cities of the future, where sustainability, digitalisation and innovation come together to create high-quality spaces for citizens and the environment.
Sustainable Cities: People | Planet | Product
Solutions that are respectful of the planet, based on nature to create healthy urban ecosystems. People, Planet and Product (PPP) is the reflection Breinco promoted at its Construmat stand. 
Digital cities: multifunctional and educational spaces
Technology as an ally to create multifunctional and educational spaces, where everyone can find new ways of relating, working and enjoying the city.
Panot Flor: White, elegant and for interiors
The Barcelona Panot Flor is a world icon, but this time Breinco gave it the quality and elegance that characterise all its solutions. A flooring system aligned with current architectural trends—minimalist, clean, elegant and ideal for interiors—was the statement piece of Breinco’s stand flooring. 
In addition, as part of its innovations, Breinco presented the 21st Century Panot, a pavement adapted to the urban design and sustainability needs of 21st-century cities.

Urban furniture
New urban designs created in collaboration with Jordi Pla, Vora Architecture studio and Martirià Figueras.
Temple bench
The Temple bench, created in collaboration with Vora Architecture, is a multifunctional element that connects us with history, inspired by Greco-Roman Doric columns. 
Wing bench
The Wing bench, created in collaboration with design studio Jordi Pla, is an urban element with an innovative design that brings freshness and elegance to space. 
Square Planter
A modular planter created in collaboration with Aspecte Paisatge studio led by Martirià Figueras. It integrates into the environment with demanding functions in water management, sustainability and landscape interpretation. It is an alternative solution for creating flows of use and communication. 
Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS)
Breinco promotes the integration of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) in cities. These systems support the creation of spaces that improve rainwater management, generating environmental, social and economic benefits. Breinco’s new generation of permeable pavements forms part of SUDS solutions. 
Llosa Filtra
FILTRA slab is a permeable pavement that incorporates sustainable drainage to manage rainwater. The combination of paving and drainage provides a natural aesthetic with continuous lines, improves pedestrian comfort and increases permeability. 
Kodolé®
KODOLÉ, created in collaboration with architecture studio Espinàs i Tarrasó, is a mixed pavement system of triangular pavers with an integrated base lip that facilitates installation and enables joint filling without spacers. 
21st Century Panot
A traditional pavement adapted to the design and sustainability needs of 21st-century cities, focused on manufacturing processes, reuse and recyclability.
Breincosmartplay
Interactive pavements with augmented reality, designed to encourage interaction among younger generations in urban squares. Developed in collaboration with Urban Enjoy, this project combines traditional play with technology, opening new ways of experiencing public space. 
Infinity
A system for creating walkable inverted roofs developed with Pich Architects. A sustainable paving solution that turns building rooftops into quality spaces for interaction. 
Ferrater Piece
Designed by architect Carlos Ferrater. An elegant design piece ideal for exposed brick façades in buildings.
