The Cubelles Promenade is designed as an open urban space that connects the coastline with the town center, offering a fluid, safe, and comfortable walking experience for pedestrians and visitors alike. This intervention seeks to improve accessibility, reinforce the relationship with the natural surroundings, and offer an enjoyable waterfront route.
In this project, Llosa Filtra has been incorporated, a paving slab that combines a natural aesthetic with advanced functionality. Its design allows for the efficient management of rainwater, ensuring high permeability thanks to its linear joint and internal spacers that guarantee maximum structural support.
Llosa Filtra minimizes erosion caused by pedestrian traffic, wind, or water, keeping the surface stable, safe, and durable. In addition, its combination of grass and gravel provides comfort for pedestrians and integrates harmoniously with the coastal landscape.
The result is a modern, resilient, and accessible promenade that respects the identity of the environment and reinforces the scenic and social value of Cubelles, establishing itself as an attractive and functional public space.
