Method for manual wet concrete production (water-cement ratio of approximately 0.3 to 0.5 using superfluidifying additives) based on moulding technology and on looking for as much compaction as possible by using mass vibration methods without wasting water. This kind is considered architectural precast concrete. These are generally large and more complex pieces, with more elaborate shapes and textures due to the wide versatility of the moulding technology and intrinsic properties of this material.

A piece can be molded with a completely smooth finish provided by the mold, so that during preparation it only requires surface cleaning, without textures or reliefs, while ensuring that the edges are well defined (preferably with a small chamfer) to prevent chipping.
It is also possible to incorporate a design into the mold to give a particular effect, turning the piece into a unique and distinctive element.
The smooth® polished finish is smooth, soft to the touch, and highly uniform. This satin, silky finish highlights the decorative qualities of each aggregate used in the element. The level of gloss is carefully defined according to decorative purposes: to reflect light, create depth, and harmonize with the surrounding environment and objects.
The strip® brushed finish is slightly rough to the touch. It reveals the natural shape and color of the aggregates on a smooth surface with a subtle sandy texture. This finish produces bright, intense colors, achieving a mineral look with high definition and long-lasting details.
