Breinco holds a Product Environmental Declaration (PED) for Concrete Bricks following an assessment of the environmental impact throughout their life cycle. The specific data from the production process considered in this LCA study come from Breinco’s facilities in Llinars del Vallès, Barcelona.

Ferrater brick 45×9.5×4 cm is comparable to a mechanically fixed discontinuous cladding. Therefore, a two-leaf façade solution is proposed, with a non-ventilated air cavity, and an inner leaf meeting the minimum requirements to function as the “main leaf”.

The manufacturing and installation process of Ferrater Brick combines industrial precision with constructional rigor. Each unit, accurately molded and machine-finished, maintains minimal tolerances that ensure uniformity and dimensional stability.

During on-site installation, the correct placement of courses, alignment control, and jointing with the appropriate mortar guarantee a continuous, durable, and perfectly aligned façade. The result is a facing brick façade of high technical and aesthetic quality, designed to endure over time.
