The project’s logistical coordination was a significant undertaking—managed between the client in La Coruña, the architect in London, the site in Casablanca, and our factory in Barcelona—demonstrating flawless and efficient management throughout every stage.
Spanning 36,000 m², the shopping center is a cornerstone of Anfaplace Living Resort, a 9.3-hectare mixed-use development featuring residential areas, commercial zones, leisure spaces, and a future luxury hotel and business club. The retail sector launched with 100% occupancy, hosting over eighty leading brands across fashion, accessories, and dining.
To ensure the durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the paving across all pedestrian areas, Terana® art has been incorporated—a paver that seamlessly blends structural resilience with a decorative finish, providing an elegant and harmonious environment for visitors. Its versatility allows it to adapt to high-traffic zones, creating an attractive, long-lasting, and comfortable pavement that integrates naturally into the overall design of the complex.
