The Costa Adeje Promenade connects the tourist and local life of Tenerife, combining pedestrian transit, seating areas, and gathering spaces by the sea. The project seeks to enhance the user experience by creating a safe, accessible, and harmonious route, where the pavement design and integration with the environment play a fundamental role.
For the paving of the promenade, Terana® six and Taco Terana® have been incorporated—materials that define pedestrian routes, transit zones, and resting areas with elegance and durability. Terana® six provides continuity and versatility, subtly integrating landscape elements and marking the path, while Taco Terana® is used to delimit level changes and edges, combining functionality with a refined finish.
In larger surfaces and plaza areas, Llosa Vulcano® has been incorporated, ensuring resistance and chromatic uniformity, with a finish that provides comfort and stability for pedestrian traffic and leisure activities. Its robust and elegant appearance reinforces the promenade’s identity, creating visually harmonious and pleasant spaces for visitors.
Additionally, Wetcast® architectural concrete panels have been installed, contributing to the ensemble’s aesthetics through structural and decorative elements, providing texture, visual continuity, and a contemporary character to the promenade and its plaza areas.
The result is an integrated, dynamic, and elegant promenade, where the selected materials provide durability, comfort, and aesthetic value, enhancing the urban experience for residents and tourists in a high-quality coastal environment with careful visual design.
