Located on the northern coast of Ibiza, in the quiet Puerto de San Miguel, the Siau Ibiza Hotel by AMR Collection is an adults-only exclusive hotel that reflects the relaxed and chic style of the island. The project combines luxury, sustainability, and respect for the natural environment, integrating Ibizan architectural tradition with contemporary design and comfort solutions.
The hotel is organized around a central block with the common areas—lobby, restaurant, and meeting spaces—while the guestroom modules are distributed on both sides, connected by winding walkways that allow for large outdoor spaces and keep the Mar Mediterráneo as the focal point. The architecture is inspired by local tradition, with white plastered walls, ceramic floors, lattices, and reed pergolas, always seeking to minimize the landscape impact.
In the espacios exteriores, Llosa Trama® has been incorporated—a paving system that combines grass and concrete to create permeable, comfortable surfaces that are aesthetically integrated with the surroundings. Llosa Trama® organizes the outdoor pathways and green areas, reinforcing the sense of harmony between nature and architecture, and offering a serene space where visitors can walk, rest, or enjoy the gardens without breaking the visual continuity of the landscape.
The result is a project in which the external paving not only fulfills a technical function but also defines the hotel’s identity, respecting the island’s history and projecting a modern, sustainable, and welcoming space.
