The HIPRA Campus, located in Aiguaviva (Girona), is a strategic project that supports the company’s growth and innovation, integrating research, production, and management within a modern, efficient, and sustainable environment. The campus design seeks to create functional, connected, and environmentally respectful spaces, offering high-quality outdoor areas for work, transit, and relaxation.
In the intervention, Llosa Trama® pavements have been incorporated into pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas, as well as in parking lots and access points. This solution allows for the creation of trafficable green surfaces, combining functionality and aesthetics, and offering a more natural environment within the campus.
Llosa Trama® has been installed with integrated grass within the joints, creating a low-maintenance, draining pavement. Thanks to its design, it is possible to incorporate irrigation systems that optimize water consumption and guarantee the durability and stability of the surface, even in areas with frequent light vehicle traffic.
The result is a safe, accessible, and sustainable outdoor environment, where the paving integrates with the landscape and reinforces the campus’s identity, while simultaneously enhancing the experience of users and visitors.
