The project in Elche consists of a private home surrounded by an extensive garden that connects directly with the swimming pool and the chill-out area. The proposal enhances the natural luminosity of the house, taking advantage of the orientation and the accesses from the interior to the exterior to generate a sense of spaciousness and continuity between spaces. All exterior paths are designed to be accessible and functional, integrating with the landscape and creating a harmonic flow that invites one to enjoy every corner of the garden.
To improve the functionality of the trafficable areas while simultaneously maintaining the aesthetic of natural grass, Llosa Trama® has been incorporated. This solution allows for the creation of grass-covered trafficable surfaces capable of supporting light vehicle loads, maintaining the visual harmony of the garden. Each piece of Llosa Trama® provides stability and resistance without breaking the continuity of the greenery. Furthermore, the slabs are designed with lower cavities that facilitate the installation of a drip irrigation system, with lines every 40 cm, guaranteeing efficient and uniform irrigation and optimizing water consumption.
With this solution, the project not only achieves an aesthetic and refined finish but also provides functionality, sustainability, and comfort, improving the user experience of the garden and the exterior spaces surrounding the home.
