Breinco will showcase the latest trends in sustainable paving and architecture, solutions designed to improve efficiency, sustainability and quality in every construction project.

Architecture

Breinco presents the innovative Ferrater Brick, designed by Carlos Ferrater to create exterior envelope systems for exposed brick façades. Ferrater Brick features elongated proportions that enhance the horizontality of façades through almost endless lines, with ultra-thin or butt vertical joints and recessed horizontal joints placed in the background. These geometric characteristics and construction performance features allow architects to enjoy all the benefits of the material, with a wide range of colours, textures and treatment options.

Sustainable paving | SUDS

With a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and aesthetics, Breinco is proud to offer solutions that go beyond conventional standards. In addition to being visually attractive, its sustainable paving systems promote soil permeability, reduce pollution and improve water management. At Rebuild, Breinco will showcase permeable paving solutions at its stand through live demonstrations of their functionality.

National Congress on Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0

For this edition, Breinco will take part in two round tables and one debate. Breinco’s participation promises high-quality content thanks to the expertise and professional background of the three speakers representing the company at the National Congress on Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0.

Advanced urbanism. Building a resilient city to experience it differently

The forefront of advanced urbanism focuses on building resilient cities through resilience-oriented architecture and innovative technologies. Cities will need to face climate challenges, earthquakes and other human-made risks. We must discover how the integration of advanced materials and sustainable designs not only strengthens infrastructure, but also improves urban quality of life. In this session, we will explore the keys to driving the cities of the future by combining resilient construction with urban planning.

  • Round table at Auditorium AEDAS HOMES | Pavilion 9
  • Special participation by: Christian Cazorla, Technical Director at Breinco

Discover the new design developed by BREINCO, marking a milestone by improving its features with more elongated and versatile shapes, together with an innovative manufacturing process. The new solution offers an expanded range of both aesthetic and functional possibilities, aligned with sustainability principles and construction tradition.

  • Lecture at SOCOTEC THEATRE (Pavilion 7)
  • Special participation by: Borja Ferrater, Founding Partner OAB & ELIA | PhD Doctor of Architecture
  • Schedule: 11:15 to 11:30 h | March 19

Recovered landscapes to inhabit

Natural or urban environments transformed by human presence reflect the interaction between human activity and the environment. The creation of specific urban landscapes influences local culture, as reflected in architecture and social practices. Sustainability in the construction of habitable environments promotes a harmonious connection with nature through green areas and ecological planning. The challenge lies in establishing interdependence between human communities and their surroundings, recognising that these places are the result of a dynamic relationship between nature and human activity.

  • Round table at Auditorium AEDAS HOMES | Pavilion 9
  • Special participation by: Martirià Figueres, Landscape Architect and CEO at Aspecte Paisatge
  • Schedule: 16:15 to 17:00 h | March 19
